Services
What SPS delivers.
Six services, designed to stand alone or to combine. Most engagements begin with an assessment and end with an arrangement the client did not have to design themselves.
Service 01
Close Protection
We begin with the client's day, not a number of officers. Where a principal goes, how predictable it is, and what would have to go wrong before anyone noticed. The posture follows from that.
In most private-client work the right answer is a small team a bystander would not identify as security.
Includes
- Executive and corporate principal protection
- Family and dependant protection, including school and routine movements
- Residential protection integrated with the household routine
- Low-profile and discreet protective details
- Protective advance work and venue reconnaissance
- Event, function and public-appearance protection
- Short-notice and single-movement cover
Service 02
Journey Management
Most incidents happen in transit or at a predictable stop. So the route is planned before it is driven, and someone who is not in the vehicle knows where the vehicle should be.
Cross-border and remote travel adds fuel and rest planning, border timing, communications black spots and medical routing.
Includes
- Route selection, alternates and risk mapping
- Pre-movement briefings for drivers and principals
- Movement monitoring and scheduled check-in procedures
- Contingency, breakdown and diversion planning
- Nearest appropriate medical facility identified along the route
- Cross-border movement planning and documentation support
- Post-movement reporting
Service 03
Secure Transport & Drivers
The driver is often the most useful protective asset in a vehicle. Ours understand route discipline, embus and debus procedure, and how to keep a movement unremarkable.
Vehicles — standard, executive or armoured — follow the assessed risk.
Includes
- Vetted, trained security drivers
- Executive and low-profile vehicle options
- Armoured vehicle arrangements where the risk assessment supports it
- Airport, hotel and venue transfers
- Driver briefing, route discipline and embus/debus procedure
- Coordination with the client's own drivers and fleet where preferred
Service 04
Security Risk Assessments
An assessment should end in decisions, not adjectives. SPS assessments identify what is actually exposed, how likely it is to be exploited, what the consequence would be, and what the most economical mitigation is.
Recommendations are prioritised and costed in principle, so that a client can act on the first three items without committing to the whole list.
Includes
- Individual, family and principal risk profiling
- Residential, estate and site assessments
- Route and journey risk assessments
- Event and venue assessments
- Prioritised, practical recommendations
- Written reports suitable for board or family-office review

Not sure which of these you need?
Most clients are not. Describe the situation and we will tell you what it actually calls for — including where the answer is less than you expected.
